Only two masons working to dome. Poor progress to steel framing of dome, fittings to courts de- layed for want of timber. Poor progress with tiling work. Two yards only of asphalt were laid. No timber available for fittings to courts. The contractor has promised to supply timber by the 1st August, failing which other steps should be taken in order to complete the work.
